Белки группы иммуноглобулинов ( gamma-глобулины), образующиеся в организме человека и животных при попадании в него некоторых веществ ( антигенов) и нейтрализующие их вредное действие.
Антитела, получаемые культивированием одного типа клеток и, следовательно, состоящие из одного вида иммуноглобулиновых молекул. Моноклональные антитела используются в диагностических ( иммунохимических) анализах, для локализации специфических белков в гистохимических исследованиях, направленного действия противоопухолевых и других лекарственных средств.
Антитела, образующиеся в ответ на антигены, состоящие из ряда родственных, но не идентичных белков.
Моноклональное или поликлональное антитело, меченное флуорохромом.
